Benchmark 81a Analysis -2007 Data
http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/OPB/docs/OldBenchmarks/2009/bm81a_asof1-24-09.pdf
The 2007 analysis used data from the USDA’s National Resources Inventory. This benchmark was revised in 2009. The new benchmark now measures the percent of agricultural lands in 1974 that are still preserved for that use rather than the percent of Oregon agricultural lands in 1982 that were not converted to urban or rural development. The new data source is the Oregon Forestry Department.
